Role: Field Sales Engineer

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

CTC: Maximum Annual CTC of Rs 5.6 Lac per Annum (LPA) with maximum monthly CTC of Rs 46,668 /- KPM (thousand Per Month)

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation.

Experience Range: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of any product /services such as industrial Products /Automation Products,Heavy Equipment,Hand tools,Precision tools, Specialized tools, ,Electrical equipment ,Pumps and pumping equipment,Electronics Equipment,Assembly line machinery, Industrial robots, Specialized equipment for various manufacturing processes,,Piping and fittings,Safety equipment,Mechanical components,Plastic,Rubber,Metal and metal products, Engineering ropes,Belts/Bearing etc.

Key Skills:

—   Minimum 2 years sales experience in any of he products as mentioned above as a Sales Engineer                   

—   Strong technical capability to understand product and provide right solutions to customer

—   Expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation ,passion for selling technology solutions to customers.

—   Strong negotiation and closing skills with decision-makers.

—   Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions

—   Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives

—   Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

—   Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in industrial product selling.

—   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

—   Business Development Identify current and future customer requirements by building strong client relationships,Gain customer approval by demonstrating operational and cost benefits.Engage in technical and commercial discussions to close deals,provides technical information on products, services, or equipment by addressing queries and requests,Conducts regular follow-ups for submitted offers,Prepare tailored offers based on customer needs,Stay updated with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reading publications, and networking.

—   Marketing Establishes new accounts and maintain existing ones by planning and scheduling sales visits.

—   Customer Support Analyze cost-benefit ratios and suggest improvements or changes in equipment, processes, or materials.Coordinate with principals for delivery and supervise commissioning activities.

—   Recovery Follow up on payments from customers.

—   Reporting and Communication Prepare detailed sales reports by analyzing sales data and market trends.
