Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the recruitment or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic acquisition of new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and hiring managers

• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements

• Manage the entire business development cycle – from lead generation to deal closure

• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of BDE experience in the recruitment/staffing industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Self-driven and goal-oriented

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (depending on experience and performance)

Location: Saidapet, Chennai
