RESPONSIBILITIES
Advisor/Agent Acquisition & Empowerment:
Tasked with recruiting new advisors/agents, delivering comprehensive onboarding and training programs, and cultivating a performance-driven team culture to promote rapid business expansion. Strict compliance with established guidelines and quality criteria is essential.
On-Ground Operations:
Locate and recruit part-time individuals to serve as advisors/agents.
Conduct client appointments and execute in-person consultations.
Team Supervision & Development:
Coach and assist team members in generating leads through online channels, personal referrals, social networks, and professional connections. Help convert prospects into clients effectively.
Propel organizational growth through structured team initiatives and outreach activities.
Provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients’ specific aspirations and financial goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience in sales or a comparable field.
