About the Role

You will be the face of our company, managing kirana stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers in your assigned Jaipur territory (e.g., Sodala, Raja Park, Tonk Road). Your goal: Expand distribution, boost sales, and build retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Retailer Acquisition & Retention

• Sign up 10-15 new kirana stores/month in your territory.

• Train retailers on product benefits/offers.

✅ Sales & Distribution

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Ensure 100% order fulfillment from distributors.

✅ Market Intelligence

• Report competitor activities (e.g., pricing, schemes).

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 2+ years in FMCG/Grocery field sales

• Own bike

• Skills:

  • Negotiation (e.g., convincing retailers to increase order size).

  • Fluent in Hindi + Local Dialect (Rajasthani).

  • Basic Excel for sales reporting.
