Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Polytechnics across the state of Odisha. This role involves extensive travel within the state, direct engagement with institute heads and faculty, and the promotion of our products, services, or training solutions tailored for technical education.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit ITIs and Polytechnics across all districts of Odisha to build long-term professional relationships.
Identify institutional needs and promote suitable products, equipment, or services (e.g., training kits, industrial tools, software solutions, etc.).
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to faculty and students.
Gather feedback from institutions and communicate insights to the sales and product teams.
Represent the company at local education fairs, seminars, or workshops.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery, support, and follow-up with clients.
Maintain a structured record of visits, leads, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in engineering, science, business, or marketing.
Prior experience in field sales, education sales, or institutional outreach is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within Odisha.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Odia.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with technical education systems (ITIs, Polytechnics) is a plus.
