Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content creation.

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing materials.

• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1–3 years preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [Industry: e.g., FMCG, IT, Real Estate, etc.].

• Knowledge of graphic design or basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
