📝 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our presence in the architectural hardware market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware products and experience in B2B selling, with a passion for building client relationships and closing deals.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (architects, contractors, dealers, builders, and interior designers).

• Promote and sell AKS architectural hardware products across assigned territories.

• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals within company guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date on product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence.

📌 Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware/building materials/construction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Good knowledge of the local market and network within the industry is a plus.

• Must be comfortable with frequent travel.
