Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our marketing and sales of Products. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders is a key part of the role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in product sales, who is ready to contribute to the growth of a fast-expanding traditional food brand. The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop good business relationship in market and drive sales growth. The key responsibilities are as under:
· Identify and on board new distributors, BDAs, and retail outlets (small shops, food supply chains, etc.)
· To achieve sales target by directly entering into agreement with retail outlets as well as big suppliers such as Haldiram D-Marts etc. and as well as through the distributors and BDA.
· Maintain daily visit logs and report field activity.
· Assist with packing and dispatch activities during non-field hours.
· Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure repeat orders
· Educate retailers and customers about product benefits and usage.
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability
· Track stock levels with distributors and retailers to avoid overstocking or shortages.
1. Qualifications:
· Minimum 10th Pass with 60% marks.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on FMCG/Agro-based goods industry.
· Previous experience as a Sales executive or similar role is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build bond and negotiate effectively with Bulk Customers.
· Ability to work independently.
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales software/tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and visit production facilities.

· Age limit: 24- 35 years.
3. Offered Grade & Compensation:
· Grade: Sales Executive
· Location: Rohini & Barakhambha Road, New Delhi-110001
· Offered Monthly Wage: Rs. 16,000 – Rs. 18,000
· Incentives: Bonus/Commission on Sales (as per Annexure)
· Fuel/Transportation Charges: Reimbursed by company on a reasonable average basis
· Required: Candidate must have his own bike/ Scooty with valid driving license.
4. Working Hours:
· Mandatory reporting at the office in the morning and evening.
· Share live location during field hours (9 hours).
· Working Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, however in case of requirement the sales executive needs to carried out work beyond the working hour. No overtime will be considered against working during extended hours.
· Bond of 6 month is mandatory.

· Shuddh Satvik Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. (SSAP) is a new venture dealing in marketing of various natural food products such as Jaggery, Makhana, Pulses, Ghee, Mustard Oil etc. Subsequently we are going to venture into organic products for which desired action is on.
