Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets while upholding the company’s reputation for reliability, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients (dealers, fabricators, infrastructure companies, etc.)
Generate sales leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into orders
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate steel products (TMT bars, pipes, structural steel, etc.)
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and present sales reports to the management
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree , BBA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in the steel or construction material industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of steel products, grades, and specifications
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer base is an advantage
