About the Role

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for our growing mobile accessories brand, Kayroo. This is a field job that involves extensive travel (20–25 days per month) to different cities to promote and sell our products. It’s a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales and want to grow in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across cities (20–25 days/month) for sales visits.

• Meet with retailers, dealers, and shopkeepers to showcase products.

• Take orders, negotiate deals, and close sales.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Keep daily records of visits, sales, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery.

• Meet assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Age: 20 to 26 years

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any field

• Location: Must be from Indore or nearby areas

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of English

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client handling

• Willing to travel extensively across different cities

Salary & Benefits

• Take-home Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month (for freshers)

• Food Allowance during travel: Up to ₹10,000/month

• Travel Expenses: Fully paid by the company

• Performance Incentives: Based on monthly sales performance

• Full-Time

• Regular travel required (80–90% of the month)

• Flexible working hours during travel
