Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services

2. Execute field marketing campaigns including product demos, events, and promotions

3. Generate leads and support the sales pipeline

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

6. Collect market feedback and competitor insights

7. Report daily activities and sales progress

8. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth campaign execution

Requirements:

1. 6 months to 1 year experience in field sales and/or marketing

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

3. Self-driven and target-oriented

4. Comfortable traveling and working independently

5. Basic knowledge of CRM and reporting tools

6. Valid driving license preferred
