We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies for our IT products and services.
Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services (e.g., web/app development, SaaS solutions, CRM, ERP).
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and manage marketing content like brochures, case studies, blogs, and social posts.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support branding and event activities like webinars, exhibitions, or trade shows.
Coordinate with design and tech teams for lead-gen campaigns and website improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in IT Sales/Marketing (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
B2B Sales experience
Basic understanding of web and app development lifecycle
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and lead generation tools
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a bonus
