We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across Ahmedabad Rural, Ahmedabad Local, Saurashtra, and South Gujarat regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets, particularly in the stationery segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Promote and sell products/services to potential clients through field visits and meetings.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Track and manage payment collections and aging.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and visit reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education:
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience:
• 12th Pass: Minimum 3 years of experience in field or B2B sales (Stationery industry preferred).
• Graduates & Above: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Stationery industry preferred).

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English• preferred.
Basic proficiency in MS Word & Excel• is mandatory.
