We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and grow our distribution network across FMCG products like stationery, masala, and building materials (iron & cement).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Promote products across different categories – stationery, masala, and construction materials

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Coordinate with retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG/Trading preferred)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel within assigned areas

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
