We're seeking an experienced and dynamic persons for lead our Glass process business in Noida The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing sales and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the glass & building construction , ceramic & architecture industry

- Strong leadership and management skills, Excellent negotiation skills
