Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Field Sales Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of our cutting-edge IT hardware solutions to businesses across various sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients within the Navi Mumbai region through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT hardware solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns tailored to client needs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT hardware sales or a similar B2B role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions, including servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an accessible manner.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the Navi Mumbai region as required.
