This entry-level role offers an ideal starting point for marketing graduates aspiring to build a successful career in business development. You will undergo a structured 1-month training program under an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) and gain hands-on experience in:

· - Assist the BDM in identifying and onboarding new clients
- Support customer acquisition strategies across industry segments
- Participate in meetings, sales pitches, and client presentations

- Conduct competitor and market research to identify leads
- Engage in CRM management, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Join field visits to understand ground-level operations
- Foster long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups
