Job Title: Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Manager

Department : Secured Loans – LAP (Loan Against Property)
CTC : current CTC 30 % 40% hike + Incentives
Channels : DSA / LPA Channel
✅ Eligibility Criteria ● Education : 12th Pass / Any Graduate
● Experience : 6 Months to 5 Years in Loan Sales (Preferably LAP / Mortgage)
● Industry Preference : NBFC / Banks / Housing Finance Companies Monthly Business Target
● ₹40 to ₹50 Lakhs Disbursement
● ROI Slab: 14% to 18%
● Incentive Payout: 1.25% of Disbursed Amount
● Petrol Allowance : ○ ₹1000 on 1 File Disbursed ○ ₹2500 on 2 Files Disbursed
Key Roles & Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development
● Generate LAP business through DSA, Connectors, and Open Market Channels
● Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and partners
● Identify potential customers, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable loan solutions
● Source leads from field activity, references, cold calls, or networking Credit & Documentation Coordination
● Guide customers through the loan documentation and application process
● Coordinate with the credit team to ensure quick turnaround of loan files
● Collect and verify required documents as per bank’s compliance policy
Target Achievement & Revenue :
● Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹40-50 Lakhs
● Ensure higher ROI-based conversion within set interest range (14–18%)
● Drive incentives and meet internal sales goals on a monthly basis Customer Experience & Retention

● Provide timely updates and solutions to customers for any queries or documentation issues
