Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Identifying and acquiring new home loan customers through various channels (open market, referrals, etc.). 

  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals. 

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. 

  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the loan application process. 

  • Guiding clients through the loan application process, including documentation and verification. 

• Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:

  • Staying updated on home loan products, their features, and current market trends. 

  • Educating clients about different loan options and helping them choose the best fit. 

• Loan Processing and Documentation:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications. 

  • Verifying customer information and documents. 

  • Coordinating with relevant teams for loan disbursement. 

• Other Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining sales reports. 

  • Aligning with marketing teams on lead generation activities. 

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in home loan sales or a similar role. 

• Product Knowledge: Sound understanding of home loan products, market conditions, and lending regulations. 

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, financial information, and market trends. 

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. 

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and relevant online platforms. 

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is often preferred. 

• Licensing: In some cases, a mortgage loan originator (MLO) license may be required.
