Job Description:

Responsibilities:

 Handle and lead a team of 5-6 members, including Sales Consultants and Senior Sales

Consultants.

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company and team revenue goals.

 Conduct daily 5-6 client meetings and ensure the closing of meetings.

 Achieve monthly team targets by effectively managing the team’s performance.

 Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members, improving their skills and

performance.

 Motivate and support team members in achieving their individual and collective sales

goals.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

 Foster a positive work environment to enhance team motivation and retention.

Qualifications:

 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role, preferably in the

digital marketing or related industry.

 Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking software.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
