We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team UKV ENTERPRISES LLP GWALIOR. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 13000 TO 17000 and prospects of growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is GRADUATE with recognized university and Experience minimum 1 to 2 years.

A P&G Sales professional's role involves connecting P&G's products, marketing, and customers, with a focus on building relationships, designing sales strategies, and driving revenue. This includes activities like product launches, understanding customer needs, negotiating deals, and developing insights.     Effectively negotiating deals and closing sales to achieve revenue goals. 

  • Teamwork & Collaboration:

    Working with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales objectives. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to sales challenges. 

  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and persuade customers. 

  • Sales Experience: Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. 

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like business, marketing, or sales. 

  • Drive & Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
