Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of up to ₹4.25 LPA and strong prospects for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through methods like cold calling, client meetings, and door-to-door visits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Research and implement effective sales strategies.

• Share regular performance updates and market feedback with the management.

• Maintain and update the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales (Insurance, FMCG, BFSI, or relevant sectors preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Familiarity with sales techniques and field activity.

• Proficiency in using smartphones and CRM tools.
