Sales Executive

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the interior design, architectural, construction, or building materials sector.

• Knowledge of window, door, or glass wall systems is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to architects, interior designers, builders, and property owners.

• Present and promote our window, door, and glass wall systems through product demonstrations, meetings, and technical consultations.

• Maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Coordinate with the production, design, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in the CRM.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand.

• Contribute to market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
