Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at SLMI Pest Control, your role will involve generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting our pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients through both field visits and inbound/outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, Google Ads inquiries, referrals, and cold calls.

• Meet with potential customers to understand their pest control needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Provide quotations, service plans (AMC/Single Service), and close deals.

• Maintain follow-up with leads, update CRM regularly, and ensure timely conversions.

• Coordinate with the operations team for service execution post-sale.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.

• Assist in payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection from clients.

• Attend sales training sessions and stay updated on new pest control technologies and service offerings.

• Promote SLMI Pest Control services across different verticals – homes, offices, warehouses, hospitals, restaurants, schools, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Field Sales or Pest Control Industry experience is a plus)

• Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler (for field visits)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp Business / CRM tools preferred

• Basic Understanding of Pest Control Services

• Client Relationship Management

• Local Area Knowledge (Lucknow / Noida preferred)

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 (Based on experience & interview)

• Incentives: Performance-based (monthly targets)

• Additional Benefits: Petrol Allowance, On-Field Training, Certification after 3 months

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Sunday off (may vary during peak season)
