Sales Executive

We are a leading manufacturer of surgical disposable products including non-woven shoe covers, face masks, and bouffant caps, based in Indore since 2012. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to expand our customer base by visiting suppliers, medical distributors, and retailers.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with B2B clients.

Responsibilities:

• Visit medical suppliers, distributors, and retailers to promote and sell surgical disposable products.

• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and share daily updates with the management team.

• Understand product features and communicate benefits effectively.

• Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and pricing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales or B2B sales experience (medical or related sector preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with Indore and surrounding areas is a plus.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
