In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy) Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding. Field SalesVisit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT. OperationalMaintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation. Key Requirements Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales (Fresher with good communication skills may also apply). Salary : 18000 - 24000 Fixed salary + Attractive Incentives up to 20000 per month Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasion and negotiation skills. Confidence in approaching customers directly. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.Compensation & Benefits
