                        We are looking for a professional real estate business Executive to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate business developer responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. • Develop and implement the Marketing strategy, Establish and manage new alliances and partnerships.

• Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.

• Making presentations and pitches to corporate and HNI clients.

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

• Must have hands-on Customer Relationship Building.

• Meeting Sales Target.

• Candidate should be able to handle the profile on an independent basis.

• Accountable for revenue targets for self-team.

• Candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, excellent communication &Presentation skills.

• Can handle sales pressure.

• Candidate should have  own vehicle & licence

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent   

interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant and trustworthy

• MS Office & Excel should know.

• Qualification Graduation or post-Graduation

• For fresher and 1 Year and above experience

• Joining will be immediate

• 6 Working days.

• Working time 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

• Job Location: Bavdhan (Pune)

• The package would be from 2.50 to 4.50 lakh
