One of our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join their team in Delhi with 2-5 Years of experience in Real Estate domain. In this client facing role, you’ll proactively identify and engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions to meet or exceed business sales targets. This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth and building long term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct sales pitches, product presentations, proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals in line with company targets.
Manage full sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract signing—including accurate record‑keeping in CRM.
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling potential.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align on strategy and improve sales effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to proactively adjust sales approaches.
Generate regular sales reports, track targets, and provide forecasting insights to leadership.
Represent the company at relevant events, exhibitions, or seminars to network and generate leads.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline preferred; high school diploma acceptable for some entry‑level roles.
Experience: Entry-level / Junior: 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
Mid-level: 2–5 years, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
