Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and generate leads through various sales and marketing channels.

• Conduct site visits and provide detailed information about the project to clients.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Negotiate and close deals efficiently to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to work on weekends and travel for client meetings/site visits.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
