Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers — individuals, salaried people, self-employed, shop owners, traders, professionals, and MSMEs.

• Explain Kota Money’s full range of loan products (personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.) and their benefits, rates, and terms.

• Collect and verify customer documents; assist with the loan application process.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Provide regular updates and daily sales reports to the team leader or sales manager.

• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in field sales or direct sales is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Confidence in approaching and engaging with new customers

• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
