Sales and Marketing Executive and Managers Responsibilities :

•Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls(commercial space and open plots).

•Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.

•Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing follow-up calls.

•Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.

•Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.

•Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.

• Involving in the weekend campaigns and programmes .

•Target Base Work.
