Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer with proven experience in the solar energy sector. The candidate should have a strong background in the sales of Solar Modules, Inverters, MC4 connectors, DC Wire, ACDBs, DCDBs, and related equipment, and a solid network among Solar EPC companies and developers. This role is essential for driving growth in our solar division and building long-term partnerships across the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Solar Modules, inverters, MC4 Connectors, DC Wire, ACDBs, DCDBs, and related equipment

• Build and manage relationships with Solar EPC’s, Developers, and Industrial Clients

• Understand project requirements and provide Technically suitable and cost-effective solutions

• Prepare and submit Technical-Commercial offers, conduct negotiations, and close deals

• Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and after-sales support

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion

• Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitive products

• Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads

• Location can be either faridabad or Gurgaon.

Requirements:

• Solid technical understanding of Solar Modules, Inverters, MC4 connectors, DC Wire, ACDBs, DCDBs, and related equipment

• Experience in dealing with Solar EPCs, developers, and project consultants

• Proficiency in email communication, quotation preparation, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits

• Two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license is mandatory
