Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential customers interested in home loans through networking, referrals, and site visits.

• Educate customers about home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and process flow.

• Assist clients in completing loan applications and guide them through the end-to-end loan process.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales (banking/NBFC preferred).

• Strong knowledge of mortgage and lending products, especially home loans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
