Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential projects (apartments, villas, plots)
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects from FourQuarters’ builder portfolio
Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and provide property consultations
Follow up with prospects and close sales through structured negotiation and persuasion
Build relationships with developers and update inventory, pricing, and offers
Maintain CRM updates and prepare daily/weekly reports
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
✅ Requirements:
6months- 1year of sales experience in real estate (primary sales preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Kannada, and regional languages a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally for site visits
