Sales Executive

key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, industry events).

  • Qualify leads and assess their needs and potential for our products/services.

• Sales Cycle Management:

  • Conduct initial outreach and engage with prospects to introduce our offerings.

  • Perform thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Prepare and present accurate and competitive proposals and quotations.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in line with company policies and objectives.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Sales Performance & Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for management.

  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.

• Market Knowledge & Product Expertise:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
