Roles & Responsibilities:

1.            Responsible to handle all enquires for all type of business and

would follow sales process

2.            Responsible for maintaining sales process records

3.            Arrange press conferences and release

4.            Identify, qualify focused events and responsible for pre and post

activities. With report of sales

5.            Would contribute extensively for Project launches and campaigns

media launch responsibility

6.            Responsible for total market research pertaining to marketing

findings

7.            Interact with clients

8.            Responsible for closing the deal which of client & recovery & dues

initiating customer feed back

9.            Shall adhere to the ISO 9001:2000 Process

Skills required:

1.            Graduate with diploma/Diploma in Marketing Management or Business

Management/Public speaking

2.            3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry

3.            Good oral & written communication skills

4.            Leadership skills/Decision making

5.            Interpersonal skills / Good analytical skills

6.            Knowledge of ISO standards

7.            Knowledge of government policies & contracts
