We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Waghodia facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory or segment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional market.
Visit clients and prospects regularly to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve sales strategy.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (industrial/field sales experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Own vehicle with a valid driving license (preferred).
