Sales Executive

✅ Sales & Purchase:

• Handle buying and selling transactions of residential and commercial properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.

• Assist clients in selecting properties based on their needs and budget.

• Negotiate deals to achieve best pricing and terms for clients.

✅ Original Booking:

• Manage original bookings with reputed builders and developers.

• Explain payment plans, project details, and builder policies to clients.

• Coordinate with developers for booking formalities and documentation.

✅ Site Visit:

• Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.

• Present the property’s features, benefits, and location highlights.

• Address client queries and follow up to close deals effectively.

✅ Documentation & Coordination:

• Assist in agreement preparation, legal verification, and registration process.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth transactions.

✅ Market Research & Reporting:

• Stay updated on current market trends, new project launches, and property prices.

• Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales & purchase.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of local property markets and builders.

• Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
