We are looking for a Territory Sales Incharge (T.S.I.) to join our team at AIP Astro Private Limited (Shudhtam) who is responsible for managing sales activities within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing product visibility, managing retail and distributor relationships, and ensuring market development through effective execution of company strategies. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail and wholesale outlets.
Promote new product launches and drive secondary sales.
2. Retailer & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retailers.
Manage distributor ROI, stock levels, and claims.
3. Market Development
Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new outlets.
Map territory potential and develop area-specific strategies.
Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activity.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and beat plans.
Monitor secondary sales, order collection, and outstanding payments.
Analyse sales trends and suggest corrective actions.
🧑💼 Skills and Qualifications:
✅ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
MBA/PGDM (optional but preferred in some sectors).
✅ Experience:
2–3 years of experience in field sales or distribution.
Industry-specific experience (FMCG, Pharma, etc.) is an advantage.
🕒 Working Conditions:
Field-intensive job (daily market visits)
Wholesale Market experience is compulsory
Ability to meet monthly targets & reporting discipline
Frequent travel within the territory
Requires working under pressure and tight deadline
