Job Description:
The Sales Engineer will leverage technical expertise and sales skills to assist customers in understanding how Aim Technologies products and services can address their needs. This role involves collaboration with the sales and product development teams to ensure technical solutions align with customer requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Technical Presentations: Developing and delivering presentations to potential clients to explain products or services.
Client Engagement: Visiting hospitals and industrial areas to meet with professionals such as Medical Superintendents, Purchase Managers, End Users, and Biomedical Engineers.
Customer Requirements: Managing and interpreting customer needs, translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
Sales Support: Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
Project Coordination: Coordinating sales projects and supporting sales executives in solution selling.
Product Development Feedback: Collaborating with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
Communication: Educating customers on products and services.
Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. Sales Targets: Meeting regular sales targets.
