Roles & Responsibilities of a Sales Engineer:
~ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
~ Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable products or services.
~ Act as a technical advisor and trusted partner to customers.
~ Identify and develop new business opportunities and target markets.
~ Engage with OEMs( Original Equipment Manufacturer) and industrial customers to promote TNBBC’s product portfolio.
~ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge
~ Learn and master the technical specifications and applications of products.
~ Guide customers in product selection and implementation.
~ Provide after-sales support when required.
4. Process Innovation & Digital Adaptation
~ Participate in smart manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives.
~ Use digital tools (AI, IoT) to improve operational and customer service efficiency.
~ Stay up to date through training and continuous learning.
5. Operational Excellence & Logistics
~ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
~ Monitor inventory and ensure correct documentation and order accuracy.
~ Commit to the philosophy: “Right item, right place, right time.”
~ Comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company quality policies.
~ Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to internal and legal regulations.
~ Support audits, internal assessments, and quality improvement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
~ Minimum 6 months of field sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about industrial products.
~ Willingness to travel within the region.
~ Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Engineering background.
