Identify and connect with potential tenants and investors for commercial properties (offices, retail, etc.)
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients
Provide detailed presentations of properties, highlighting features, specifications, and commercial terms
Explain floor plans, layouts, CAM charges, and property documentation
Negotiate commercial terms with clients and owners (rent, sale price, deposit, lock-in, etc.)
Assist in drafting LOIs, proposals, term sheets, and final agreements
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and compliance
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, builders, IPCs, and local brokers
Ensure smooth post-deal handholding and client servicing
Build a database of active tenants, landlords, and property listings
Track market trends, vacancy rates, new project launches, and competitor activity
Maintain regular reports on sales/leasing pipeline, closures, and client feedback
