We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Sales Coordinator for one of our reputed clients located in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. Please find the job details below:
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Travel: Within Maharashtra (Approx. 7–8 times per month)
Experience: 3 years
Review and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across designated states.
Handle billing processes for assigned regions.
Coordinate and support spare parts sales operations.
Follow up and manage payment collections from clients.
Conduct regular service review meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Manage and track contract renewals and maintain documentation.
Maintain accurate sales support records and generate reports as needed.
Ensure effective coordination with internal teams for timely service delivery.
Perform administrative and follow-up tasks as required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Ability to travel within Maharashtra as per business requirements.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
