Profile – Tele sales Executive/Sales Officer

Location – Noida , Sector – 128 ( 3rd floor, Tower 3, Axis house , Sector 128,

Noida )

Qualification – Graduate/ Postgraduate

Shift – 9 hour’s ( 09:30am – 06:30pm )

Working – 5.5 Days / Sunday fixed off / 2nd and 4th Saturday off

Job Description:

Customer interaction:

Responding to customer queries regarding payments, travel bookings,

account details, and resolving issues through phone calls, emails, and live

chat. 

Transaction processing:

Handling payment transactions, verifying details, and ensuring accurate

processing of customer requests.

Account management:

Managing customer accounts, updating information, and assisting with

account related issues. 

Sales support:

Promoting additional services or products to customers based on their

needs. 

Skills :-

1. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

2. Should have a knowledge of Banking Products and Sales Strategies

Strong problem-solving abilities

3.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

4.Familiarity with computer systems and CRM tools

5. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
