Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Client Coordinator to serve as a professional liaison between our company and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of the corporate, education, and warehousing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination: Manage and maintain effective communication with clients to ensure smooth operations and project execution.

2. Industry Knowledge: Apply relevant knowledge of corporate offices, educational institutions, and warehousing operations to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

3. Travel Across Pune: Visit client sites across Pune for meetings, inspections, and follow-ups.

4. Communication: Convey information clearly and professionally, ensuring verbal communication meets business standards.

5. Listening & Understanding: Be attentive to client requirements and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns efficiently and proactively.

7. Professional Presentation: Maintain a proper and professional appearance during all client interactions and site visits.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of corporate, education, and warehousing sectors

- Comfortable with extensive travel across Pune
