Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales:

  Selling life insurance policies directly to customers through various channels like phone, online, or in-person meetings. 

• Lead Generation:

  Identifying and developing potential customers through various methods, such as referrals, marketing campaigns, or database leads. 

• Customer Needs Assessment:

  Understanding the customer's financial situation, risk profile, and insurance needs to recommend suitable policy options. 

• Product Presentation:

  Explaining the features, benefits, and terms of different life insurance policies to customers. 

• Sales Closing:

  Guiding customers through the application and underwriting process to finalize the purchase of a policy. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, and addressing queries or concerns. 

• Meeting Sales Targets:

  Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance goals. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. 

• Customer Service:

  Providing excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including handling claims and policy changes. 

• Compliance:

  Adhering to all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in the sale and service of insurance products. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build rapport with customers, and close sales.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex information.

• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.

• Product Knowledge: A good understanding of life insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
