Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager II – Bancassurance to strengthen our bancassurance channel. The role involves building strong relationships with bank partners and customers, promoting life/general insurance products, and achieving set sales targets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial product sales and a strong ability to manage relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage long-term relationships with bank branches and their staff.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful insurance policy sales.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination with the bank’s front-line staff to increase product visibility and sales.

• Conduct regular training and support sessions for bank staff on product offerings and lead generation.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and handle post-sales servicing requirements.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and records of daily sales activities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduate in Finance/Marketing preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI or insurance sector.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and the bancassurance model.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
