Expand customer base using your advisor network and local market insights.
Implement strategies for retaining customers and advisors.
Foster trust and long-term engagement with both.
Encourage advisors to generate quality leads through field activities and networking.
Explore new business opportunities in assigned geography.
Support overall branch growth by participating in recruitment campaigns and community outreach.
Strengthen brand presence in the local market.
Track and report sales figures, activity logs, and team progress on a regular basis.
Share insights and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
