Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves understanding client needs, offering relevant financial or insurance products, and providing personalized support to meet their business or personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services based on client needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and business discussions with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
Meet assigned sales and service targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management (preferably in banking, insurance).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
