Relationship Manager

A Relationship Manager (RM) for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) in a bank focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to grow the bank's liabilities (CASA) portfolio. This role involves acquiring new customers, cross-selling other banking products, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 

Key Responsibilities of a CASA Relationship Manager:

• Customer Acquisition:

  Sourcing new CASA customers through various channels, including individual efforts and acquisition teams. 

• Relationship Building:

  Developing and deepening relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. 

• Cross-selling:

  Promoting and selling other bank products and services to existing CASA customers, such as loans, insurance, and investment products. 

• Customer Service:

  Providing excellent customer service, addressing queries and complaints promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Sales Targets:

  Achieving individual and team sales targets for CASA acquisition, deposit growth, and cross-selling. 

• Relationship Management:

  Maintaining complete and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying up-to-date on bank products and services, and informing customers about new offerings and enhancements. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring all sales and customer interactions adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
